Kuwait Insurance House operates as an independent professional insurance broker, acting as the link between the client and the insurance companies, and representing the client — whether an individual or an institution. After assessing and evaluating the level of risk, we offer reliable advice and guidance to reduce that risk and secure protection. Each client is given the most suitable insurance options for their needs, with every question answered and the market explained in plain terms so the decision is an informed one.
Our role continues after placement. We represent the client and manage the relationship between them and the insurer, building their insurance knowledge as a constant partner, so that both sides of the contract come to it with equal understanding.
Our team’s long experience means we understand the technical detail — the scope of cover, terms, conditions, benefits, deductibles and exclusions — and can negotiate specific amendments to a policy where a client’s exposure requires them.
Unlike many brokerages, we do not hand clients a ready-made policy off the shelf. We build the solution around the actual business and the actual risks attached to it.
